Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Brief


We are looking for a self-starter and reliable Admin Support to join our team. As an Admin Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and supplier support by managing various admin tasks within the business. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, so excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.



Responsibilities


  • Curate and manage a list of best or preferred vendors for contact today and in the future to ensure that the business has reliable suppliers.

  • Consult with and get advice from vendors to ensure that the business is using the best products and services.

  • Help manage tasks within projects for the project management team, including organizing logistics and ensuring that tasks are completed on time.

  • Manage inventory and order stock and supplies as required to ensure that the business has the necessary resources to meet its needs.

  • Send RFQs (request for quote) requests to vendors and suppliers for various parts, equipment, supplies, etc. as required.


  • Provide general admin support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling any other tasks as required.


Requirements


  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role

  • Experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant - preferred


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
